Some companies take 12 months, some 14 and some even longer to deliver your trailer. We know that you’ve taken time to think through the trailer investment, and when you’re ready to order, you want it now!
We’ve designed our supply chain so that we can generally delivery within 6-8 weeks of receiving your deposit of 50%.
At RJS we know that when you need parts you need them ASAP, so we keep solid inventory of all parts used in our trailers that’s over 180 parts guaranteed to be in stock our commitment to our customers.
We ship parts by FEDEX, DHL or UPS for security, tracking and fast delivery, with your parts in the courier’s hands within 24 hours of receiving payment usually the same day.
SUPPORT (RJS Race Trailers)
We are available 6 days per week for our customers via a phone call to our service centre if urgent, or if not so urgent an email which will be answered within 24 hours. We and will provide as much help and assistance as we can remotely, and are usually able to talk customers through any challenges they may face. Our trailers are serviceable within your state and don’t need to be shipped back to our factory for repairs or maintenance.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Refund policy Below we answer all the common questions around returns and refunds. Of course, if there’s anything more you’re unsure about, simply shoot us an email, sales@RJindustries.com.au WHAT IF MY ORDER IS INCORRECT? In the unlikely event you receive the incorrect product, please email sales@RJindustries.com.au within five days of receiving your parcel. Include your full contact details and original invoice number, as well as photos of the item being returned. Once we advise that a purchase can be returned, we'll issue you a return authorisation number. WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT A PRODUCT? Please choose all products carefully as RJ industries.com.au does not accept returns on sale items for change of mind or incorrect purchases. WHAT IF THE PRODUCT OR ITEM IS FAULTY? Again, in the unlikely event you receive a faulty product, please email sales@RJindustries.com.au within five days of receiving your parcel. Items are to be returned in the original condition they were sent, and must be received within 14 days from confirmation of the returns approval. Refunds will then be credited to the original method of payment. Once approval has been received from RJ industries.com.au, please pack up the goods using the original packaging and return them to the below address, including the original tax invoice in the box. We recommend using Registered Post or trackable courier as RJ Industries takes no responsibility for returned items lost in transit.
